Your order only becomes legally binding upon formal written acceptance confirmation from our team after successful payment clearance. Standard production lead times apply for custom-made furniture and bespoke lighting per product page disclosures, which may extend beyond regular processing schedules.
Carefully verify all order details prior to checkout submission; post-acceptance cancellation follows rules outlined within our published Shipping Policy, and custom/made-to-order items are non-cancellable once production commences. In cases of order rejection, amendment or unilateral cancellation by Manor Cove, we will notify you via your submitted email, billing address or contact phone on file.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
All listed retail pricing, limited-time discounts and site-wide promotional offers are subject to revision without prior notification. Final product cost confirmed in your order confirmation email is the enforceable transaction price at checkout. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, displayed base pricing excludes applicable sales tax, cross-border customs duty, import levies and shipping/handling fees.
Online platform pricing differs from any third-party marketplace or non-affiliated retail listing pricing; short-term promotional campaigns carry standalone terms that supersede conflicting clauses within these Terms of Service where applicable.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Our delivery framework prioritizes US-Focused Delivery with transparent freight guidance for American residential and hospitality projects, paired with industry-grade Premium export-grade protective packaging for all furniture and lighting shipments to mitigate transit damage per our core service standards. All published delivery windows are non-binding estimates only and not legally guaranteed. Manor Cove is exempt from liability for transit delays triggered by carrier operational disruptions, customs inspection hold-ups, global logistics interruptions or unforeseen force majeure events outside our direct operational control. Legal title and risk of product damage/loss transfers to you immediately after goods are formally handed over to contracted shipping carriers.
Prior to outbound dispatch, every order undergoes mandatory Pre-Shipment QC visual inspection to verify product integrity, finish condition and packaging compliance before shipment release, a core pillar of our brand’s Quality Promise. SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Manor Cove’s online retail infrastructure and checkout engine is hosted and powered by Shopify; however, every merchandise purchase forms a direct contractual agreement solely between you and Manor Cove Inc. By completing transactions on our platform, you formally acknowledge Shopify bears zero legal responsibility for product quality, delivery performance, aftersales service, defects or any loss linked to goods ordered via our site. You irrevocably release Shopify and its parent/affiliated corporate entities from all claims, damages and legal liabilities arising from your commercial transactions with Manor Cove.
SECTION 10 - PRIVACY POLICY

(f) Sending unsolicited bulk spam, chain mail or unauthorized commercial promotional messages via our site contact channels;(g) Impersonating another individual, business entity or registered trade designer to obtain preferential pricing or sourcing privileges;
(h) Deploying automated scrapers, crawlers, unauthorized AI harvesting tools or CAPTCHA circumvention software to extract site data;
(i) Engaging in conduct that disrupts normal website operation or exposes Manor Cove, Shopify or fellow customers to legal liability.
Additionally, uploading malware, computer viruses or harmful coding designed to compromise platform functionality, reselling bulk sourced Manor Cove inventory for unauthorized commercial gain and covertly scraping registered designer customer data are strictly forbidden. We retain immediate authority to suspend or fully terminate your user account without prior notice upon confirmed violation of any prohibited-use clause above.
SECTION 14 - AGENTS
14.1 This Agent provision governs all automated software, bots and semi-autonomous programs accessing our Services without continuous direct human supervision, hereafter defined as “Agent”.14.2 All Agents must fully disclose their identity within HTTP request user-agent strings; concealed automated browsing, CAPTCHA bypass and human-behavior mimicry by Agent tools are permanently prohibited. We retain authority to fully restrict any Agent’s platform access upon formal written request.14.3 Manor Cove may implement technical firewall, access-blocking and rate-limiting measures to restrict unauthorized Agent interaction with our website at our sole discretion.14.4 Non-compliant hidden Agent access constitutes a material Terms breach and triggers immediate account restriction.
SECTION 15 - TERMINATION
We reserve absolute unilateral right to terminate your platform access or cancel your active user agreement at any moment without advance notice; you remain financially liable for all outstanding unpaid order balances accrued up to the effective termination date.
The following contractual clauses survive post-termination indefinitely: Intellectual Property, Feedback ownership, Indemnification, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law, Severability, Privacy Policy and all provisions whose legal nature inherently requires post-termination enforceability.
SECTION 16 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

SECTION 17 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest permissible scope under applicable U.S. state and federal law, Manor Cove, its directors, staff, affiliated trade partners, contracted fulfillment vendors and Shopify’s corporate group shall not be held accountable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential financial loss including foregone project profit, lost interior design revenue, data corruption or replacement procurement expenses arising out of your site usage or product purchases, even where pre-notified of potential damage risks. This liability cap applies to all contract, negligence and strict-liability legal claims linked to our Services or delivered merchandise.
SECTION 18 - INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to fully indemnify, defend and hold harmless Manor Cove Inc., Shopify and all respective officers, employees, designers, contractors and licensed trade partners against all third-party legal claims, compensatory damages, settlement costs and reasonable attorney fees stemming from: (1) your material breach of these Terms; (2) your violation of applicable domestic/international laws or third-party proprietary rights; (3) improper usage of our website, designer consultation services or purchased merchandise.
We will promptly notify you of all indemnifiable third-party claims; delayed notification shall not release your indemnity obligations unless proven substantial financial prejudice. We reserve the right to control all legal defense and settlement negotiations at your cost and expense and shall not approve non-monetary settlement obligations binding you without your prior reasonable written consent. You must fully cooperate with all legal discovery and document production requests during claim defense proceedings.
SECTION 19 - SEVERABILITY
