At Manor Cove, we strive to provide a seamless and transparent shipping experience for all of our customers. Please review the information below regarding order processing times, delivery estimates, shipping methods, and our cancellation policy.
1. Business Days Only
All stated timelines refer to business days (Monday through Friday) and exclude weekends and public holidays.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders submitted through our website are typically processed within 7 - 12 business days. Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number and carrier information.
Note: Made-to-order or customized lighting fixtures may require additional production time. We will contact you with an updated timeline if applicable.
3. Shipping Timeframes
The total delivery time is a combination of processing and shipping time.
Estimated delivery times by shipping method are:

Express Shipping (DHL / UPS / FedEx): 7 - 10 business days
Air Freight (FedEx / UPS Final Mile): 7 - 15 business days
Ocean Freight + Final Mile Trucking: 4 - 5 weeks
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Oversize items (longest side > 36") ship by Ocean Freight by default; Air upgrade available upon request.
4. Shipping Methods & Charges
Air Freight
Delivered by FedEx or UPS after customs clearance;
Tracking becomes active after customs handoff;
We cover all shipping costs and import duties.
Express Shipping
Fastest method with full tracking;
Customers are responsible for all express shipping fees and any import taxes, VAT, or duties.
Ocean Freight + Final Mile Delivery
Ideal for large, heavy, or fragile items;
Tracking may not update during sea transit; resumes after customs clearance;
We cover all shipping costs and import duties.
Oversize items (longest side > 36") ship by Ocean Freight by default; Air upgrade available upon request.
5. Regional Delivery Estimates
North America
Standard Shipping on all orders.
Orders are typically received within 28 - 40 days by Canadian customers and within 20 - 30 days by U.S. customers from the date of order.
Australia
Standard Shipping on all orders.
Shipping time with Air Freight (7 - 15 days) or Ocean Freight (4 - 5 weeks) + handling time. All our products are made or assembled to order. Please refer to each product description lead time as certain items are made to order and can take up to 12 weeks.
Europe
Shipping time with Air Freight (7 - 15 days) or Ocean Freight (4 - 5 weeks) + handling time.
At present, we deliver to the following countries: United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, France, Denmark, Austria, Italy, Greece, Sweden, Cyprus, Croatia, Spain, Turkey, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Poland, Norway, Finland, Croatia, Slovenia, Switzerland, Ireland, Portugal, Estonia, Cambodia, Hong Kong SAR, Israel, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Lebanon, Mongolia, Philippines, Pakistan, Vietnam, Cambodia, India.
Standard shipping on all orders.
Shipping time with Royal Mail or UPS: Orders are typically received within 28 - 60 days from date of order.
UAE United Arab Emirates / Bahrain /Kuwait (China-Middle East air or sea express line express: 10 - 35 days).
Russia (China-Russia Special Line Express: 10 - 30 days).

6. Taxes & Import Duties
Air Freight and Ocean Freight: All applicable shipping and duty fees are covered by us.
Express Shipping: Import duties, taxes, and clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Oversize items (longest side > 36") ship by Ocean Freight by default; Air upgrade available on request.
7. Assembly Notice
All lighting products are shipped unassembled to ensure safe transportation.
Assembly is required upon receipt. Our prices do not include installation or assembly services.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of placement.
Cancellations after 24 hours will incur a 5% fee to cover restocking and material preparation.
Custom and made-to-order items are non-cancellable once production begins.
9. Shipped Orders Cannot Be Cancelled
Once an order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. However, you may return the item in accordance with our Return Policy after it has been delivered.
10. Changing Orders
If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at support@manorcove.com. We will make every effort to accommodate changes based on the status of your order.
11. Returns
For post-delivery returns, please refer to our detailed Return & Refund Policy. We are happy to assist with eligible returns and exchanges.
