Returns Eligibility & Process

We offer a 30-day return window for all purchases. You may submit a return request within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, items must be returned in original, unused condition with all original tags, accessories, and intact factory packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all return submissions.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@manorcove.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label along with detailed guidelines for package shipment and delivery destination. Any items returned without prior authorization from our team will not be accepted. For any return-related inquiries, feel free to reach out to our support channel.

Damages and Other Issues

Please thoroughly inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive defective, damaged, or incorrect items, kindly contact us immediately. Our team will assess the issue and proceed with appropriate remedial solutions in a timely manner.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable: perishable goods (including food, flowers and plants), custom-made or personalized bespoke products, personal care items, as well as hazardous materials, flammable liquids and compressed gases. If you are unsure about the return eligibility of a specific item, please contact our support team for clarification.

All final-sale merchandise and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Exchanges

For all exchange requests, we recommend completing a standard return for your original item. Once your return is reviewed and approved, you may place a new order for your preferred product to ensure the fastest processing and delivery.
European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

For orders delivered within the European Union, customers are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. Within 14 days of receiving your order, you may cancel or return your purchase for any reason without additional justification. All returned items must be kept in original, unused condition with full original packaging and tags, and must be accompanied by valid proof of purchase to be eligible.

Refunds

Once we receive and complete a full inspection of your returned item, we will notify you of your refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days from the inspection date.

Please note that bank and credit card processing times vary, and additional time may be required for funds to reflect in your account, which is beyond our operational control. If you do not receive your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact our support team at support@manorcove.com for further investigation and assistance.
