All stated timelines refer to business days (Monday through Friday) and exclude weekends and US federal public holidays.

2. Order Processing Time & Pre-Shipment QC (Website Quality Promise Inclusion)


Orders submitted through our website are typically processed within 7 - 12 business days, which includes mandatory in-house Pre-Shipment QC visual inspection prior to dispatch for all furniture & lighting to verify craftsmanship, finish integrity and packaging compliance before goods leave our warehouse. Once your order passes final QC and is ready for shipment, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number and carrier information.

Ocean Freight + Final Mile Delivery
Preferred for large, heavy, sculptural lighting and oversized upholstered furniture; ideal for hospitality bulk project sourcing per trade designer needs
Ocean leg tracking may pause during sea transit and resumes post-US customs clearance;


Manor Cove covers all base shipping costs and US import duties for standard ocean shipments.
Repeated note: Oversize items (longest side > 36") ship by Ocean Freight by default; Air upgrade available upon request.

Our primary service territory optimized for US residential, hotel & designer projects. Standard shipping available for all US orders. US orders generally arrive within 20–30 calendar days from order placement date after QC clearance and dispatch, with detailed US domestic freight guidance available via our customer support team.


Canada
Standard Shipping available for all Canadian orders. Orders are typically received within 28 - 40 days from the order date.


Rest Global Regions (Secondary Shipping Destinations, removed redundant duplicate country listing)
Australia, Europe, UAE/Bahrain/Kuwait, Russia and other listed countries retain original delivery terms;

6. Taxes & Import Duties


Air Freight and Ocean Freight: All applicable base shipping and US import duty fees are fully covered by Manor Cove (core US delivery policy)
Express Shipping: Import duties, customs taxes, and clearance fees fall entirely under customer’s responsibility.
Oversize items (longest side > 36") ship by Ocean Freight by default; Air upgrade available on written request.

7. Assembly Notice (Furniture & Lighting Product Specification)


All lighting products and upholstered furniture ship unassembled to comply with our premium protective packaging standard and eliminate transit damage risks.Assembly is required upon receipt. Our listed retail product prices do not include on-site installation or professional assembly services.
Optional complimentary finish guidance & room pairing design support is available free via our Designer Assistance service (per website offering: finish, scale, and room-pairing recommendations for clients).

8. Order Cancellations


Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of order placement.Cancellations submitted after 24 hours will incur a 15% administrative restocking & raw material preparation fee.Custom and made-to-order bespoke furniture/lighting items become non-cancellable once formal production initiates per custom manufacturing schedule.

9. Shipped Orders Cannot Be Cancelled


Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse post Pre-Shipment QC inspection, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. However, you may initiate return per our formal Return Policy after item delivery completion.
